'Smoking' tree stump in Ellesmere Port prompts Cheshire fire call

Well, it seems our local firefighters were called out to a rather unusual incident in Ellesmere Port yesterday! A tree stump was spotted "smoking" near Whitby Road, causing a bit of a stir. Thankfully, it turned out to be a false alarm, but it's good to know our crews are always on the lookout!
